I had a friend who I was going to hire as our realtor, who is in the business but somethings happened and I decided to interview other realtors. I had two in mind Tina and another one. Tina came out and met me and spent quiet a bit of time with me, looking over our property and I explained why we were wanting to move. She understood, She visited with me and was very personable. Once we signed it was a few hours we had our first contract. The buyer was playing games and didn't follow through, that didn't stop Tina, she worked to get it sold the second time for full price again, that couple decided they wanted to be in Viera. So they backed out. Tina went back to work and in a day she had us another buyer at Full price That one actually followed through. Tina was with us every step of the way, always made herself available to our needs.
